Role Summary:
On-site engineering resource responsible for installation, testing and commissioning of HVAC / ventilation / duct systems and related mechanical works.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install HVAC systems: ducting, chillers, air-handling units (AHUs), pumps, fans, fire-safety ventilation and ductwork as per design drawings.
- Carry out site inspections, troubleshooting, QA/QC checks; ensure work meets project specifications and safety standards.
- Work with drawings/schematics and manuals — interpret design plans, coordinate with other trades, and ensure correct installation and integration of MEP systems.
- Maintain and service HVAC / ventilation / fire-safety systems (for maintenance contracts or ongoing client support).
Qualifications:
Diploma or technical certification, with prior experience in HVAC installation, mechanical works, and familiarity with safety protocols, building codes, and installation best-practices.
